Hey P****2929, your post is all over the place, how come you are still in the company for more than a year if it is so bad? I have been in this company for years. Yes at times there is an excess workload due to colleagues on leave but then the company has flexible work policies and compensatory offs to balance it. Some of us here have been with Emerio for years, some have even been with the company since the beginning and grow up the career path to being leaders now. Patience my friend.

First at all, I didn't work for Emerio anymore, the intention to write this post was share my thought to all of you guys.
I don't know which dept you're in, but for me, this Company is literally a SHITHOLE.

Second, where did you seen my post before bro, I only wrote about Emerio in HERE.

If you don't know what's really going on, sit back and enjoy your career, in this thread there are 70% people talking about this company (NEGATIVE)!

If you really think this is a Good company for all of us, please provide prove.

Let me assure you that I have been long enough in the company to know what's going on. I and my colleagues, who have been with the company for even longer than I have been are proof enough that Emerio is definitely a good company to work for.

I wish I had met you when you were in Emerio and helped you out with your concerns.

Hi guys, I have recently been approached by Emerio to fill up an IT Helpdesk role in their offices in Cyberjaya. I am currently pending for interview and as far as I have been told, things seem to be pretty bright in there.

Online research however, seems to yield negative results. Can anyone in here advise on the current situation in Emerio?

From what I can tell, they seem to have had a rough patch at some point, but the company has bounced back. I was very worried before joining because there were so many mixed reviews. I am with Emerio 11 months now and things been good so far. One bad thing is they have a lot of policies for HR and stuff but you miss out if you don't go through the information and know what is available. Good way to avoid this is to connect with someone who has been in the system for a while and knows. Good luck wit your interview.

Don’t think twice and go ahead with the interviews. Emerio sure has expertise in IT Helpdesk domain and a good global clientele that they service from Cyberjaya. Good company, work policies, colleagues and managers. All the best for interview and hope to see you in Emerio soon. 

want to ask how the company’s benefit has changed over the past few years.
2019 is around the corner, but has anything changed or going to change over next financial year?

my concerns are:

does the company decided to give medical card for family members?
still no 13th month salary/contractual bonus?
annual leave 15 days?
working on public holidays got pay double/triple?
allowances? shift/transportation/phone/language?
chances to get performance bonus & increment?
company dinner/trip?

ive read enough on the negative feedbacks.
hopefully i can get positive feedbacks too.
