The management and HR really suck.
They dont work at all. Japanese manager sleeps at the table and does not do job at all.
He doesnt have any knowledge to manage people but he gets highly salary compared to other employees.
And, management people can get annual leave as much as they want. They can use more than 15 days which is decided by company....
In addition, they never take responsibility, but they look down and discriminate employees.

It is really waste of time to work here.

Coworkers are nice and good place to work with them. But, I cannot recommend to work there.

I was surprised that HR staff shared my private E-mail address to all the members of Emerio.

I asked why they didn't handle our personal information appropriately, and the maneger of HR replied me "There are no problem, because we shared your mail address only with members of Emerio.".

They didn't apologize to me, even accused me telling that "why you care so small thing".

Why all of staffs in Emerio are unhappy, because managers who doesn't have experience are transferred from Japan, and hires the HR staffs who doesn't have experience.

HR staff might tell you something nice to you before you join Emerio, but don't trust him! He's a liar!!

And be careful when you sign the contract.
There are some articles something like "you need to follow the Emerio handbook after you join Emerio.".
You will find unfavorable conditions on it after you join to Emerio.

Anyone who haven't received your last salary from Emerio?

Many Japanese haven't been paid last salary if they leave Malaysia.
Are there any local person in same situation?

I am Japanese and have reported to Labor office and Hasil.

The Indian managers deceive you.
For example, they said company would pay EPF as same as staff pay.
But if you don't check and point out on contract, they easily ignore promise.

And they change annual term suddenly, and your annual leave will vanish.
When I joined, term is from April to May. They suddenly changed from Jan to Dec.
Then my annual leave was decreased to 7.5days even though I can't take leave by company poor managements.

Again, Japanese in Emerio are not usual Japanese.
I am very sorry that they are pretending Japanese.
Why do they like to use Japanese name even though they are not Japanse?

NTT is big and they have dark side.
The big company must have relationship with labor union Yakuza or human rights gang.
Managers from NTT are some kind of those people.

I got job from emerion and after 2 days i quit from it. now they are threatening me to pay 1month worth of my salary or else they will sue me.

there're some many bad comments about this company throughout these years. still many people are joining "blindly" coz of their offer??

actually I was supposed to be trained for 30days (support details, applications to use, etc) by shadowing on other team mates as there was no formal training there.
I quit the job cause some company gave me a much better offer. Now they want me to pay 1month amount of my salary or they'll sue me. are they serious about it?

I been working in This shit hole for 1 years and a month.

Nothing changed, all the cons still the cons. There are many "Victims" who been played and torture as old times.

The only positive things in this company was the Isolated parking lots (it's Free) and the friendly colleagues/people.

I'm Been forced to work at night for one whole month, due to manpower are not enough, I discussed this matter with my team lead for several times and i didn't get any rational reply from them (They just perfunctory reply me.) There was a female operator who cannot works in night shift due to her "Safety purpose". But we all know she is the cousin of my Team Lead and Manager (Maybe, we assume that) each time she no need to work at all, All she do is playing her smart phone and chit chat with others.


Regarding the salary part, This company is famous in Scamming and Push around with foreigner and local workers. Salary was underpaid not according market price and always wants you to work in public holiday!!! All the seniors and managers didn't assist their junior to grow and solve issue in work, this one is the best part in this company, they won't receive any complaint and penalize cause all they care was the FAKE RESULT they made the clients.
