Sooner you will realize that you have chosen a right company to work with. Don't listen to others and judge the company by yourself.

Anyone here knows about the Emerio-CIMB IT Helpdesk Project? Location: Bukit Damansara

I got an offer salary of Rm2.4k;
Working Hours: [in between 8:00AM - 8:00PM]

NO Other Extra Allowances. Only Medical benefits - ING medical card

How's the working environment in this CIMB project?
*
Hi please correct your point before posting your message here. What kind of allowances are you looking for? Doesn’t Emerio recruiter have explained to you what you will be offered before accepting this job? Let's understand this is an entry level to IT, starting from fresh grad to less than a year experience. On top of medical leave, AL, ML, hospitalization and other common benefits entitled you have been offered decent salary. You're not a TL or manager whom entitled for other benefits such as mobile, internet and ect. You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job.

The HR lady from Emerio called me this afternoon, we spoke for just about 5 minutes over the phone and I got the job offer in my mailbox! So desperate huh doh.gif
*
Hi Cherilyn,
I hope you’re not blind. Please go and read the email and other attachments once again before posting your message. That’s not a job offer however it’s merely a proposal which indicating about your compensation, benefits and other terms & conditions for your acceptance after shortlisted on the phone screening stage. You will be asked to attend a face to face interview with the company or client if you have been further shortlisted. The letter of employment would finally been released if the client had shortlisted or selected you. Please don’t mix up job proposal and letter of employment. If you don’t know how to differentiate please go and find some information or ask someone for more details.

Ditto that. ^

I actually think it's fair for them to come out and reply to people. At least the company is making effort to shape its reputation among job seekers.

However the replies given are unfriendly and condescending. I am unsure how this helps to attract applicants.
*
Dear Jackal1950 and decypher. Your responses seems like you are our competitor who is trying to create some bad impressions among the job seekers. Please refrain. Neither I’m hostile nor unfriendly. My advice is bloggers should write the actual facts. If it’s true let’s point out the true fact and no point defending themselves by manipulating the facts. My earlier responses prevailed that some bloggers have given false information. Some people are trying to tarnish the reputation of the company. Nevertheless Folks should understand that these involves the livelihood of thousand employees. Let’s realize the world is small and one day someone from your own family could be working here.

SAP implementation project 2500/mth??? are you crazy? shocking.gif

Hmmm... Believe me there is no SAP position within Emerio that offering RM2500 p.m. As far as I'm concern this salary is being offered to someone fresh grads with basic IT.

Em-Recruiter, first up...this is a FORUM and not a BLOG. As much as you want to ask people to 'refrain', in this space, everyone can speak their mind as long as it doesn't violate the rules of the forum. As much as you are free to defend your version of the truth, anyone is free to speak their mind too. So please refrain from asking others to refrain.

Whether you are hostile or unfriendly, it is not up to you to judge yourself. If you want to do that, please create your own forum and you can talk about yourself the whole day without anyone challenging you

Also, what facts had you presented so far before accusing others of misinformation? Lay out your facts and other forumers will decide whether they want to believe you
*
Dark Aeon, I'm not here to challenge anyone. Don't you see these are some of the facts had been presented?

1) Doesn’t Emerio recruiter have explained to you what will you be offered before accepting this job? Let's understand this is an entry level to IT, starting from fresh grad to less than a year experience. On top of medical leave, AL, ML, hospitalization and other common benefits entitled you have been offered decent salary

You will be asked to attend a face to face interview with the company or client if you have been further shortlisted. The letter of employment would finally been released if the client had shortlisted or selected you

3) There is no SAP position in Emerio that offering RM2500 p.m. This salary being offered to someone fresh grads with basic IT.

1. Carl666 is merely stating there's no extra allowance. Is this not a fact?
2. "You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job." - Not a very nice thing to say, he's not begging for a job, you employ, he works, and you pay for his service.
3. You response to cherilyn is self-explanatory. I hope you're not blind.  laugh.gif
Your choice of words are rather SHARP if you're not hostile. Let's realize this world is small, we could be nice and make the world a better place.

1) Carl666 is merely stating there's no extra allowance. Is this not a fact?
--> From his point of view yes that’s a fact but before hiring the candidate will be provided suffcient details. Job will only be offered after the candidate accepted all T&C. If no allowances given then the person should rather look for another opportunity that offering better benefts. Was he forced to accept Emerio's offer? Emerio recruiter will always ensure to provide true information at all time.

2) "You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job." - Not a very nice thing to say, he's not begging for a job, you employ, he works, and you pay for his service.
--> Yes agree, no one is begging for a job. Of few candidates who had been shortlisted, he/she could be one of the luckiest who found a job. Of course he/she should be proud while many still living without a job and food.

3) You response to cherilyn is self-explanatory. I hope you're not blind.
--> Although it’s self-explanatory but nothing to say more when the person doesn’t even read the message and understood the content itself before posting.

And your explanation or 'facts' allows you calling others 'manipulating the facts' then ask them to refrain from saying more? I don't have to mention other less polite words you use earlier - others would have probably pounced on you already
*
Dark Aeon...It won't be taking much time for me to be harsh or impolite on you but that's not my intention. Hope you understand.

You would like to believe that.

Remember that your reputation precedes you. I have many friends working in Emerio for years, the benefits were bad, the pay was low, all of them had nothing good to say about the company.

In the end, there are way better outsourcing companies around..

My suggestions remains, avoid this company at all cost unless you have no other choice or are a fresh graduate.
*
Hmmm...are you sure the benefits were bad, pay low, nothing good to say about the company??.. BUT....Then

How come your friends are being very loyal and working in emerio for years if they're unhappy....???. In fact that's not 1 or 2 but many of them..Strange huh and ur facts are contrary...!!!. hmm.gif Perhaps they'd have seen emerio is far better outsourcing company compared to others and have decided to remain here. Appreciate your friends.

Yes there are many outsourcing companies around and each has it's own ups and down, so comparing one with another will never give any benefits esp for some bad competitors like u. Please don't waste your efforts here but think on how to make ur business better.

Hi Guys,
I were offered for a job and im going for an Interview tomorrow.
And now Im a bit confuse if i should be reading this before accepting the interview call tomorrow.
Not sure what should i do if i were choosed.. and the salary is more than 5k and no allowance for a Firewall Job
*
Dear Obiwan..I'd like to assist u unfortunately I’m not too sure which position or role that u are referring at. Nevertheless, if this role is related to ur domain then all that i can say that u have a made a right decision accepting Emerio's job interview rclxms.gif So, don’t miss this opportunity b'cos if u're looking for friendlier working environment, chellenging and rewarding career then let's come and join with us. To be honest u won't be disappointed if u would have been selected. Apart frm earning u'll improve your knowledge and technical skillsets. Afterall u judge this company and the folks working here by urself.

In terms of allowance if the job required u to work on rotating shift then u'll be entitled for shift allowance. About parking, keep ur worries out b'cos the staffs parking is free of charge with 24x7 security. Feel free to come and meet us to discuss further on this job opportunity. Hope these helps. Hi, i got a job Offer proposal letter from a Emerio malaysia sdn bhd. i got this on first week of Jaunary, & after that i get back reply to this by acceptance. After that they told me that "Telephonic Interview will be scheduling & i will call you once the interview will schedul ", but till now i am not getting any call from them fro the Interview, here i am applied for the "Network Security" position, but i dont know when they are going to schedule my interview.
*
Dear ams_india... Let me to clarify. The above processes are known as job proposal. Your CV will undergo for further review and technical screening upon your acceptance to this proposal. If shortlisted then you will be contacted for an interview. I’m afraid it’s too early to determine whether you have had succeeded in your job application. My advice is if there’s no response please accept that you application was unsuccessful.

Unless you have a severe financial crunch, I suggest not to join. Initially everyone sees it as a jump only, later realise that its a mistake. You will be made to work in the same position and for same salary for years. Difficult to move out also.

Hi emirio_staff,
I don't understand what’s your intention to be in this forum, unfortunately I believe that you're merely another vendor who has got nothing to do in your life except spreading wrong messages and rumors. Let me to prove everyone who the hell are you!!.

Please look at the nick name (EMIRIO) that you used in this forum. The company name itself (EMERIO) had been spelled incorrectly. This is proven that you’re not at all to be an ex Emerio Staff. You don’t even know how to spell of your former employer and should feel shame of yourself confessing to be EX Emerio employee. You're auta...!!
