i got interview soon @ emerio, any feedback on the current>?

I hate this company.
Finally, I was able to resign but Emerio didn't pay me my last month salary, yet, even though already two months has passed.
My manager and HR staff is ignoring my call.
I worked hard until my last day for my team mate, even though I hate this company.

I HATE THIS COMPANY.

i was with them from Nov 2012 to May 2013.

As a contract staff (Project Manager) assigned to Maxis account. job wise aint that bad. just that their communication was very poor indeed.

Before joining i've already raised a concern with them that since they are assigning me to Maxis account, what if Maxis terminate the contract?

Their response? we have other accounts in which we can put u in. we have a lot of customers that has been with us for a long time and chances of Maxis ending the contract would be minimal. and should Maxis terminate contract with Emerio, you will be put in a pool of resources again till we find another vacancy for u as a PM to work for; however, during that time, u will not be paid.

True enough, Maxis did not renew the account with Emerio but lucky for me, i was absorbed to Maxis as a FTE (Full time employment) Emerio did not even call me before my contract ends to initiate the "finding me a new job process"

Even on my last day with Maxis, no calls from them. 1 month later, they have the cheek to call me and ask why i did not submit my timesheet. so i asked, "which system are u checking that i'm still with Maxis?" they got back to me later saying that they made a mistake and if i'm interested in putting my CV back into the resource pool to look for a new job for me.... i said no. and hung up....

I had receive phone call from Emerio as well. Just submitted my details but havent go for interview and havent discuss for any others things else.
Just know that they are really quite urgent in recruiting as need me confirm as soon as if I can start work at 2nd Jan.
But after i read all comments above, I think I know what I should answer to them if they call for interview.

I had get offer as Techinial helpdesk associate(Mandarin+ENG) with Basic RM2500 + 200 (shift allowance if got)

Seems it dont have any good impression for all the workers

I dont know. maybe it's just me having some really bad luck with them....but then again i cant tolerate companies who would provide you false hopes and just NATO (No Aciton Talk Only)

lolz i got this offer too. They straight send me the offer letter agreement without arranging interview first, i am little shocked and doubtful here.

Whatever letter offer still need to interview rite, that one for show only haha

Nah, you can read all the details in the jd, actually after getting shortlisted then they will invite for interview. Most probably next week.

If you are Indian, Emerio is the best company.
If you are not Indian, stop to waste your life.
Only if you are really beginner, ... go to school.

I would like to tell you again that most of Japanese in Emerio is not usual Japanese.
