Hearsay SPS not involved in this project. The land was acquired via private companies & will be injected into the listed company later.

Hehe... Eager to see what's EW's plans to "fight" SPS at its very own doorstep. Hope the competition shall bring out the best innovative products & value from both developers to the consumers. One thing for sure, SA is going to be the hotspot again pretty soon.

No, that land belongs to sdp & i&p. The actual location is at the east side of setia damai 14 & 16.

Being a high end development by EW, doubt it will affect setia alam much as the latter is more of a mass market development. Despite that it is going to directly compete with Eco park although most likely feel that EW will price their product slightly higher. Personally feel Eco park location is better being nearer to setia city n having the mesmerizing bukit cerakah view. Am sure that both developers are smart enough to avoid a price war between themselves. Expect to see more innovative products & hopefully improved quality from both of them to win over the prospective buyers.

Doesn't matter who's developing the land, traffic load will only get worse with new housing in the vicinity. This project by EW shall be low density so don't think it will affect the traffic load too much. Just imagine when all the MCA & RSK in setia alam fully occupied, that's when the nightmare really begins.....

Yup, imagine that traffic volume..... Hopefully we shall have the open road tolling gantry system by then, whereby cars do not need to slowdown for toll collection.

Actually property price at a lot of places stagnated since 2013-2014, not only happened at Ecopark. Also, a lot of properties appreciated at a later phase of matured township, e.g., in KL, PJ, Subang Jaya, Puchong, etc. It's whether you are buying during the early or late boom period. However, opportunities of getting under valued properties are always there even during boom or slump period. Have to look harder lah......

In the case of this particular EW's project, if developer price their product at too much premium, which leaves limited appreciation value for investors, then have to think twice before going in liao....

Need to wait for more details such as land size & build up to make a fair comparison. Anyway, normally will only know the final price when nearing launch time.
