Which card did u used to pay n has it reflected as a transaction for this card? Payment still not posted at AEON?

Made payment on 26th June using CIMB CB card where the Aeon is shown on 2nd line and till date POS Online has charged to my CIMB card @ 28th June and till date, no posting is being made on the AEON...

I paid to AEON Credit thru POSonline using VOX on 28-May Noon. This morning I checked my UOBonline n AEONonline acccounts but payment still not posted yet eventhough POSonline indicated it was a successful transaction. So I checked with UOB n AEON CS n both said that the amount is already in but not shown online yet.
After this I proceeded to pay the balance of my outstanding for aeon cc THRU POsonline using CIMB CR, hoping that it will credited by 2-July.

Looks like POSOnline is now working to pay just AEON card.

The problem that I think that causing all these delays is because I put Aeon payer as the "2nd line item", which shows a blank screen, but with the credit card number....

Im facing an issue with posonline for Aeon payment.

I combine Aeon card with Umobile under 1 bill payment folder. Paid. Status show successful days after. Aeon online shows money credit but Rm1.50 not charged. Another issue is, my umobile online still not showing any sign of payment in from posonline.

During the bill payment folder, second payment is "blank" but with acc number shown.

How to rectify? thx

They stop charging 1.50 a few month back already. This is not a bug.

seem like the merchant at row no 2 will have the problem but not only happened to AEON credit.
The posonline people called me and said that they don't get the payment and keep asking me to checked with cimb bank.
The funny thing is my PBA already clear and how come they claimed that they not received the money for AEON credit since it is under the same transaction?

finally I called and confirmed with cimb bank that they have paid the money to POSONLINE. so I just captured the transaction record and reply to posonline.

Received sms from aeon asking me to collect my credit card from the nearest Aeon. The sticker used to cover the top part of the card leaves sticky residue when removed, had to spend some time removing the residues. Not really a nice experience if u ask me. Never had such issues with other credit cards which comes with the similar sticker as well.

Same here..i use washing liquid but duno got kena the chip or not...stupid moved by aeon

Try tearing the sticker slowly from top right to bottom left. If there is residue, use an eraser to slowly erase it off. Maybe this is safer than using liquid to clean.

last month they did deduct rm1.50 for my watami pay via posonline

No way, seems like the card is out quite sometime, the sticker really stubborn!

i used 10 mins using rubber to rub rub x 100. hand also shaking.

Maybe can try pour some body powder(or any other powder) on the sticky part, it will at least make it non-sticky anymore.

But the residue mark will still there, can use hot water to wipe it, make is less visible.
