Hi all, I've been using AEON cards for quite some time now, had some questions can ask here

1. Anyone tried to change their statement date before?
Spend is calculated by calendar month but cashback only receive next statement which is the end of next month doh.gif

2. Is there any way to set our Cumulative contactless limit to more than 1k? A bit inconvenient cuz every time when we reach 1k cumulative spend the card will decline and will need to insert card and PIN ranting.gif

Has anyone managed to get a rebate/cashback for the RM25 service tax for card renewal?
Just tried and they said it was not possible even though it was granted to me last year when I first activated the card. Their reasoning was that the retention team gave that rebate since I was 'going to cancel the card'.
Told them that made no sense at all since I only just signed up and got the card last year lol

Wah no one here has tried to request for this?

For other banks' cards, you usually just have to make a call and request for a rebate and they will almost always instantly approve it and have it credited on the next statement. I know it's just a relatively small amount (RM25) lol but it does add up

dude, use the [Search] function below the topic with 'sst' keyword and you'll find other forumers requested before.

no need to generalize everyone if nobody replying you because this question has been asked year after year after year....

My dudes, use the search function and you'll also find that I've responded to other ppl's queries on the same matter before on this same thread. Thing is, those queries are from a year back ~late 2024- Jan 2025 (i.e nearly 12 months ago). As you know banks/corporate policies can change frequently and maybe there might be someone here who can shed some light. My most recent query is from a few weeks back as this time around it seems to be a lot harder to get the waiver/cashback. Asking this question again now to get more recent feedback from other cardholders.
