Don't know why AEON credit keeps calling me to offer me some plans. The same guy called twice this week, I already told him I'm not interested, didn't bother to let him start introducing his stuff.

my quarterly statement is end on 14/4 and i swipe 6k in 4/27 but i dont get the 3% CB for the 6k.

My insurance and others auto debit still charges into my watami.
Getting equivalent 0.4% cash back is not too bad.

But there are better cards with higher cashback %.
I've switch over to SCB CashBack Gold to yield 2.242% cashback,  if I spend enough.

My rebate cycle was supposedly between 16/4-16/7.

Swiped 5K before 30/4 so I guess my rebate I'll have to wait for my August statement? Card is still active.

I paid AEON GOLD bills to AEON Credit thru POSonline using CIMB CR card on 24/5 & 25/5 without any problem.

No more RM1.50 charge per payment. Maybe Aeon Credit wants to encourage us to pay this way.

i called UOB side today and they threw the ball back to posonline. They say they already paid posonline and its their job to sent the money to aeon. They provided me an transaction ID for posonline side to check. As usual pos only handle this kind of cases via email. So i had to email them the info and waiti somemore for an answer. I dont think will come so quick.

I notice one thing tho. On uob side, alto i made the transaction on 1st june, it was only posted on 4th which is Saturday. Assuming they take 3-4 days to process and dont work on weekends. I think most likely it might appear on AEON maybe tomoro or the day after that probably. Its not usual that UOB system goes into snail mode.... especially on month end. Last time they had other issues before like with cashback...

I can understand your anxiousness on your funds transferred but not appearing on AEON's end. 

I'm just worried that if you escalate to BNM too soon, that will create too much pressure on Posonline. Don't know whether they will continue their payment service to AEON or not in the future.

Perhaps let Posonline sort it out and see how first? Don't get me wrong, you have every right to your hard-earned money and if Posonline can't deliver, you definitely should escalate it further later on.
