juz finish call the aeon CS, i ask him regarding wat the previous told me.


1.if classic only to classic how they give option to convert to gold/classic at the 1st time?

2.since when watami got gold?

3.i refer to the aeon watami discontinue notice/faq ,so i am being mislead/aeon not honouring own rules?

4.i told him will be ready to write formal complaint to BNM if still cant get the gold.(complaint for misleading,not for not allowed to convert)

Aeon card management team call me,told mi they hv understand the whole thing and agree i am right and the CS name 'siru' was wrong about the conversion thing.

Best of all,promise me latest will receive my new aeon gold next week.

Still not receive can call him again.

I think shud redeem my 25k point to cash be4 activate the new card.
