But at the posonline "view transaction history" it still say pending transaction. Should i click get status or just leave it.

Last payment, i click and straight become unsuccessful transaction.

after u proceed with the folder transaction, have u key in OTP? You need to click Get status to know whether ur transaction is successful or not.

Nope. Doesnt prompt for any OTP. Sigh.

Check ur credit card details that u key in whether is correct.. CVV and expiry date is YYMM format

Other bill RM1 also can right? or any specific bills need to be included?

Yes, Non-Aeon bill RM1 will do.

on their website they dont have account number for aeon citibank account?

Your AEON credit card no. is the account no.
Choose credit card payment when you make IBG.

Also if your name is too long, you don't need to include "AEON Credit for" [Your name per I/C], just your name will do.
I always put my name only even though my name is not long. All my IBGs to other banks with AEON inclusive have no issue.

I suspected those who put AEON credit at 2nd place will face the same problem like us.
I did another transaction and put AEON at 1st place on 26 posted on 27.

Is that mean those transaction on 2nd place not able to process? coz I notice the 2nd place is blank for agent/payee column...only acc no is shown.

AEON on 1st place. Posted in AEON cc and also the payment card as well.
But not able to check the 2nd one (Indah Water) posted or not.

i paid on 24th and aeon is the 2nd item. not posted until today. should be able to waive the finance charge due to late posting correct?

finally received my aeon big visa converted from aeon watami through pos daftar today

any idea whether aeon will send another separate pin number or it follows the pin from aeon watami?
