I use bigpay to swipe on 1st may and posting date is 3rd may. I didn't get the cashback. I think no more cashback for bigpay?

Cant even get on hold to Aeon CS.

My bigpay transaction at 3am transaction date become 31 May. Haiya. Tot 3am is safe enough for bigpay.

deadline for paying this month CC is 30/6/2021 - why not 2nd like any other months??

I think no lock in period for Aeon BT, better check with cs.

i swiped ptg kedah (gov) rm220.60 and bigpay 300 on 1 May. got rm4.58
bigpay mcc problem i think. it was bigpay my-ecom kuala lumpur my before this. then on 1st may it was bigpay-ec kuala lumpur my.

Maybe e-wallet excluded because I didn’t receive my cash back too up to shopee also.

Ya. Recent and billed transactions both also don’t have. No plan to call to clarify also because thinking to cancel this card already.

This aeon is getting ridiculous, I am fed up with it.

Received my statement for the current month, and minimum amount to pay is RM300. so yesterday I paid the minimum. today when checked in the website, the minimum amount is suddenly RM600! how is that even possible is beyond me.

statement show 1 figure, website shows another (higher amount). what bollocks is this.

will not renew once the credit card is due for renewal!

Have you double checked with your statement? I think Aeon is the one that I don’t want to owe anything with them they charged crazy interest!!

As per my previous experience with them (before mco), the CS said every 6 month can only request for one time finance and interest charge waiver.
