Hi guys. I know someone ask the same question on previous page. https://www.aeoncredit.com.my/how-to-pay/inter-bank-giroI'm referring to this link on how to pay my AEON CC. So under IBG i should select Citibank as bank beneficiary and typing AEON Credit for XXXXXX seems impossible as it is too long. Im paying using OCBC Bank. I notice for my other credit card, my name as per IC will appear after i click next before i confirm, but as for this one. no name appear. so kindly worried. I only have SCB and OCBC bank as saving account atm. Recently close my CIMB. |

Aeon BT, how many days to reflect in the other bank?
The last time i did in sept, i check back only 2 days from submission.
I.e 15 sept submit form 9am, 12pm receive call,
16 sept msg says approved
17 sept payment made to in the other bank CC
.
This time around, my BT form submitted 17 mac, 18 mac got call and msg approved. Today 23 mac money still not yet in my other bank Cc

Cant even get on hold to Aeon CS.
My bigpay transaction at 3am transaction date become 31 May. Haiya. Tot 3am is safe enough for bigpay.
