Already weeks but still havent resolved this hiccup, and tomorrow 30/6 is the due date.

i see this table from the front page. seems that another cheaper option is to use internet banking via Ambank.





From the Ambank website, i can see the aeon credits under the bill payment option. but for the account number it's written as "EPP Scheme Acct No.". may i know if this is the right place to make the aeon CC payment?

Just make payment instead of transfer.
Only RM 0.10. Add RM 0.10 on top of your outstanding. If RM 1k, pay RM 1000.10 because 10c should be used to offset the payment charges. Well, unless they change this but only RM 0.10, so no harm in paying that additional 10c.

I believe pisang used payment method, usually only one day. Much faster than IBG.

yes, i used this method. The charge/fee is just RM0.10.
usually reflected in AEON account the next working day.

Update, my Maybank GIRO made on the weekend via Citibank reflected today.

no more cashback for bigpay? topup on 01/05 as well as on 01/06 but no cb is reflected on 10/06. mcc for bigpay is BIGPAY MY-ECOM

what was the RECORDED transaction date?

you topup = 1/5 or 1/6 doent mean system recorded it the same (eg could be 1 day earlier, ie 30/4 or 31/5)

i think no one got cb for May yet, some issue with their system as statement due date also became 30 June, not 2nd of following month

Yes, May was the month which Aeon Credit did announce doing system and maintenance update (related to change of statement due date). I had no transaction on May but 1 transaction on June (waiting 10th July to know the result).
