Hi guys, I've been stumped by RETAIL INTEREST of RM40.81. Been googling around and haven't found anything. No latest statement yet for May 2021. I haven't missed payment and I always paid in full. But I did managed to increase my credit limit last month, is it related to that?

4 may already late payment, I think only one due date for everybody --> 2nd May
so whatever outstanding currently will also incurred interest

Normally the outstanding shall lessen once the payment is made. But I paid 3days ago, but the figure still same??here is what is show in the transaction:

I also have been charged with a retail interest of RM14.99 on 25 May, which I have no idea what is it about.

But today (28 May) it has been reversed! Perhaps you'd like to check your transaction statement.

I am using giro also via maybank but aeon there already captured my payment

wierd right? usually got say "payment - thank you" but now is different, and the outstanding amount dont reflect the payment made

Since now no more this and I don't think I'll be using the free PPL access for the next 1 year or so, I'm planning to cancel my card which is expiring next month.

But I still have some outstanding BT instalments for the next few months. I guess due to this I'm not able to cancel it without incurring any penalties right?
