quick question, when you convert watami card to another card is it considered first year free just like a new customer sign up ?

They do have the suspend function. However, this is for suspected fraud case. It was later reinstated.

I said I want to stop the card from any swipe at all. CS stop it with immediate effect. I can see my card is marked as SUSPENDED at online screen. And true enough my 3rd May auto debit did not succeed to swipe.I also ask is there a duration for the stop, CS said no. But it shd be enough time for my change of auto debit to take effect then. another CS told me that even though the card is suspended, the auto debit still can be charged.. I am confused now.. bad luck for me for not getting the right CS.. waiting for the last CB, then cancel..and the end.
