Yes to prevent the auto debit, I called to block my Watami. It is showing as Suspended at online screen.

I told the CS straight, no more 3% Cashback and my auto debit change might take time to be effective. I said I want to stop the card from any swipe at all. CS stop it with immediate effect. I can see my card is marked as SUSPENDED at online screen. And true enough my 3rd May auto debit did not succeed to swipe.
I also ask is there a duration for the stop, CS said no. But it shd be enough time for my change of auto debit to take effect then.

Want to ask if anyone try paying watami via posonline recently? I tried today it prompted error "Invalid accout no.". I put in watami cc #. I managed to pay last month using Vox and get rm50 cb.

Unlikely they check watami cc status from POS Malaysia.
I have check with Aeron that even Suspended still can accept payment.

Tried both methods also failed.
I tried in m2u, ibg can go pass the screen but not ibft. Will need to call to find out.

I am not paying watami using ibft, but using it to test if there is any issue with my watami as it gave errer in posonline.
Yes, I remember many have said ibft wont work for paying watami. May I know at which point? Is it at the payment screen itself failed or it went through but refunded after 2 days?

Sorry false alarm... key in wrong cc #, 2 digits terbalik in the middle. Sweat... Transaction successful. Great, in time for Vox closing for May.

I called aeon cs. Asked about replacement card progress. She said will send by batches from June. I said last time say from May, now June pulak. She kept quiet onli...Haiz very slow, my BT already 6/6. Missed out this month, hopefully next month can do.

Yes, I also paid just watami card using cimb cr on 29 and it is posted on 30 at Aeon. Faster than cimb itself. Lol..

Yes, tried several times. Tried submit 3 forms one shot too. Just fill the final total on the last form.

The last 2 cycles I called to check because they were huge bt repayments. One CS was real impatient with unpleasant reply. My flame raised and taruk him if not because of their upgraded website, this call is not necessary. I told them to feedback to the relevant department to fix it.
