When you request the redemption? For my case, they told me redemption cash rebate will be reflected in May 2016 statement.

Let's say your quarter begins on 28 April and you swiped RM5k before 28 Apr (last quarter) & RM5k after 28 Apr (new quarter) and it got posted on 30 April. Do you expect to see RM300 rebate on May statement?

call CS, wan to convert watami to aeon classic - reply say only can convert when the CS call us n not calling back

when to aeon service center, they say since i got watami. then i cant convert.

btw, if i activate my aeon credit card, will my watami be cancel ?or do i need to cancel it manually.as i stil got lots of points inside.

Very "smart" this AEON people, they sent me a New AEON Classic card instead of Gold to replace my Watami. So they don't need to give free access to PPL....

1. Do you still need to pay RM 12 for the renewal of your Aeon Member card? Or, is it waived, since the Aeon Member card is tied to Aeon Member card?

2. I would like to apply for Aeon credit card, for general spending which is not given cashback by other credit cards. Free entry to airport lounge entries, 0% BT and 5 % cashback for petrol (for AEON BiG Visa Classic Card) are not my concerns. I am satisfied, if I can pay Aeon credit card bill, with my UOB VOX card. Which of the credit card suits me better?

With Aeon Gold visa,the redemption of aeon voucher is 7500 points to rm30 voucher,with its RM1= 1point,the cash bk is 0.4%.

As for new Aeon Gold, the redemption is 2500 points for RM20, which is 0.8% (1 point for RM1) if u spend at Aeon and 0.4% (2 points for RM1) if u spend elsewhere. It only gives advantage if one does use the cc at Aeon, as compared to the old Aeon card. =)

Is this just a hypothetical question, or you heard something?
