why dont u just call CS ask to transfer to watami conversion team and make the conversion to new card?

cause that time applied before the announcement of cessation of watami. 3 over months ago already.

Because I am the boss.. Let them to call me.lolz.. I only call them for activation of new cc.The CS told me Watami CC transaction will still continue to have points after May 2016 but without the Watami exclusive benefits & i requested the conversion team to call me.

no wonder the aeon conversion team taking their own sweet time to call the watami card users

yes, i was right. the points surely still have because it's impossible for them to purposely pay to create a different system just for watami cc (which is going to end very soon anyway).

I also doubt that too, i think most probably bt won't approve since this card is dying off, even all the recent aeon CC promo contest watami is excluded. Anyway, I already had another new aeon CC to continue it's legacy..lolz

I mean those that has accepted conversion, I wonder if they can proceed with Watami since the new card is in progress.

My Watami CC is in the drawer now but i have not cancelled the SI for insurance and fitness club yet.
Hope i will get points for that which is equivalent to 0.4% cash rebate.

Then better get directly from the bank. Either submit to HQ or branch.

Tried ringgitplus, but there is no special gift and they offered faxed number which is already obsolete.

I finally ended up went to One-U and submitted the form, they can even print out the KWSP report straight in front of you from their terminal. So its no doubt going to be faster.

Just prepare all the necessary document before you go. Save you lots of time.

Yes, just as a note, now matter how they will want you to print a new EPF report from their machine.

may I know what reason you give CS in order to suspend the card?

Obviously due to no 3% rebate anymore..

the CS told me there is no such suspend facility, ask me to check with the merchant to cancel the auto debit😡😡I am thinking to give reason that I lost my watami card.. don't think they will issue me another new watami..

still can use the watami card today
