Nope no ptptn. I applied at an aeon big outlet so I don't think I have incomplete documents. Perhaps it's due to the fact that I have 9 credit cards currently? Although I do pay promptly and never carry a balance ....

Then you will need to appeal again or check out your CCRIS. However, they have the rights to reject you without giving you any reason.
Not really la.. I have 12 cards when I applied for AEON BiG and have 7 cards when I applied AEON Gold. Both approved. Each bank and institution has its own assessment.

Any update from POSonline or Aeon on missing payment for all affected?

my case still no news, my Aeon credit card payment due date 2.7.16 ,
balance RM2500+ (paid on 29.6.16) gone "missing" at Posonline,
awaiting for posonline to revert that amount to Aeon., dont know how long it will take,
so i decided to pay again.

Tested 2 small amount at Posonline on 4.7.16 and it appeared in Aeon on 5.7.16.
Instead of waiting, i paid up the balance 2nd time.

Hopefully got excuse to waive late payment penalty and
claim back excess RM2500+ overpayment from Aeon.

how do you contact POSOnline?
I have missing transactions, too.

Seems like a hit and miss. Can those affected consolidate the date of the problematic transaction and see if they fall on certain dates only?

I just want to know if they already fix it now since you mention your 4/7 transaction was ok.

Looks like a number of people have their payment, made via POSonline, gone missing. Something is seriously wrong with POSonline, as the payment made should be auto transmitted to the agency. Could some one from POSonline hijack these payments?

Mine still pending their reply which they said they hv escalated

Received a "payment adjust" of RM150 in my unbilled transactions for Aeon Gold. Wonder which promo is that, they have too many promo going on nowadays...

Judging from the replies and my own transactions (nearly everyday from 25 June to 5 July), there appears to be no pattern (i.e. not limited to certain dates), and not only for "2 payees in one" transactions. My 3 missing transactions on 2 July are single payee.

See attached screenshot for my successful transaction dates. This is complete, except for my 3 transactions on 2 July.

I e-mailed Pos Online last week with very detailed explanation and screenshots, but their only reply is that they are "investigating".

Bad ICT practices or poorly trained people would be my guess. Feels like a system/process issue

Received the 5% CB for Aeon Thank you day and it was stated as Payment Adjust too.
