Doing BT in transition period(Watami convert to New Aeon Card)- any one?

i got my last Watami BT(watami pays other cards) on 20.4.16 (on 5th month, no need to wait till 6th installments cleared (due 31.5.2016)

I am going to BT my coming Watami bill(10.5.16 statement) to PBB tomorrow, meanwhile received SMS from Aeon saying my converted card will be sent in may...

Do you think money(payment from PBB) will be correctly credited into my Watami card account? watami account should still be valid right till we activate new card?

If you have paid Aeon Credit Card by Posonline but dont see it appear in Aeon account,
go check Posonline record. Dont wait.

If you see Agency name (AEON Credit Service(M) Berhad) missing, you have a problem.

Call up Posonline and tell them , missing agency name after transaction done. By now they are
aware of it already, so many affected ,with multibill payments.

i suppose they have to manually pay Aeon , as the system could not find where to pay that money to.

screenshot the record and email them. i added in Aeon credit for them.

my case still no news, my Aeon credit card payment due date 2.7.16 ,
balance RM2500+ (paid on 29.6.16) gone "missing" at Posonline,
awaiting for posonline to revert that amount to Aeon., dont know how long it will take,
so i decided to pay again.

Tested 2 small amount at Posonline on 4.7.16 and it appeared in Aeon on 5.7.16.
Instead of waiting, i paid up the balance 2nd time.

Hopefully got excuse to waive late payment penalty and
claim back excess RM2500+ overpayment from Aeon.

my missing payment still not in yet, sigh...
now can see all outstandings transferred to new Aeon Big card,
worry if later on Posonline sort out problem, payment to Watami card can go in or not, card stated as "cancelled".

Good news, my 8 payments finally in.
So i ended up over pay my last statement of 10.6.2016 > RM2500.
New statement 10.7.16 already out, thought may not be able get refund,
but still CS very nice, she agreed to refund cash to me,
IBG fee RM2.12.
free cash from PBVS,

Also she will waive finance charges RM80 for late payment (due date 2.7,16)

Sometimes problem can be rewarding too. I got cash refund 2.6+k from the posonline payment messup. now i wonder if we can actually do it.....use pbbcard to pay and get cash back.

is it only at BNM or can find some kiosks in banks also?

sigh...........waiting for that option to reappear soon.

My 10.12.2018 Statement did not receive online CB RM25, sent email complained on 22.12.2018

Aeon online now can see an extra RM25 CB, must be to compensate for the lost CB i complained.

the RM50 Cashback received first time, dont know what cb is that.

stated there RM25 is online CB for Bigpay topup monthly RM1250

the extra RM25 i suspect is from missed out online CB bigpay top up RM1250 dec 2018

RM50 CB stated there i forgot what is that for.

is old existing card, Aeon Big Visa , online 2% cashback monthly

yes must be that, max RM50
