Anyone here still having problems with their laptops speakers emiting sounds on the speakers when headphonejack's plugged in?
I have the same problem too, but was solved after downloading a driver, as seen in this thread: http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums...hreadId=1204621 QUOTE #8. Now you're stuck with the dreaded "Conexant Audio Driver" in device manager (and for many of you, the only real reason why you are reading this anyway) Download "sound.zip" from here --> http://www.jszgfood.com/sound.zip Just unzip the file anywhere, run the setup.exe, get a warning, click continue anyway, then you should see a window, stating that this driver's an update to your existing one. Continue again, and let the installation run for a few minutes. The mute button works properly too, after the installation. The key would turn red when muted. |

I got a question ... what's the button on the left side of the mute button for? I touch it and nothing happens ... but I can use it to turn on my laptop tho

yes u can but its not worth it coz 2gb will be sufficient. DaViDcHiN TS not aruond liaw.never mind with the name list la.haha. FlamingFox its the media button.its useful when u instal the compaq media direct program.if not u juz can use it to on ur pc. Everyone. can anyone help me together to search for the diassemble manual for v3k series?i plan to open the whole lappie. |

Guys...
I'm having the same problem as some of you... first the Wifi went kaput, and now I cant boot at all... just the blue lights on and nothing... Its still under warranty so im sending it to HP... (warranty until June 08) but... i live in kelantan, so anyone here from kelantan?? any advice? can i just courier it for repair or do i have to go personally to HP in damansara?? meaning i have to take days off work.. which is not good... any help or suggestions would b appreciated guys... |
