I got Storm Codec installed, still it wont works, until I do system restore, video file all can play now, but 1 more thing sacrifice,
Notebook Hardware Control, I guess my OS got problem already

Sometime even had installed codec, there will "missing" or some codec error.. so when encounter it,, so uninstall again and reinstall it. Then it able to play again.

uhm, I repeat that for 4-5 times, it doesnt work until I use system restore, now NHC dead pulak
any other monitoring software beside that?

Anybody has experience of losing ethernet driver for Compaq Presario V3204TU ??
I formatted the laptop and turns out cant find a proper driver for the ethernet controller.

Did u tried to install chipset driver?

chipset is intel 945GM, dont think the controller is using intel chipset

Mine also seem to had problem on combo drive.. last time i was said the drive "gone" right? last week when i tried to burn a cd.. it not able. When i click on it, it show pls insert bla bla bla.. But if read cd its ok. hm..

I dont think so, you'll facing big time to seek for the proc itself, and only if you can find people who willing to change it for you, laptop proc usually already solder with the mobo and chipset
insufficient proc power? time for a new set
