I bought a V3415AU AMD turion version. But facing problem with installing Sound driver. It said there no Media device detected. How leh?
I'm using Win XP SP1. Got issue with this Windows XP SP1 is it? |

Hmm..solved my problem already. Indeed WinXP SP1 is the main culprit. It's not compatible with the Conexnant HD audio driver. Resolved after installing Win XP SP2.
All in all, this laptop is great!  |

Holy sh%*! My laptop V3010AU is spoilt and suspected the HDD failed & also the battery is dead.
I called HP service center in Penang to quote for the repairing price. HDD replacement (40GB) = ~RM600 Battery replacement = ~RM300 Labour charge = RM190 Overall service charge = ~RM1090...gilaa!!!  HP repairing service charge is BLOODY expensive eh? Adoi la...  |
