QUOTE(shinjin @ Jan 9 2007, 11:51 PM) a non compatible ram wtf? it was added since i bought. why would the shop add a non compatible ram? thats very devious.it has sometihn to do with the bluetooth NOT the rams. because the bluetooth uses the usbohci.sys file which causes the bsod. so whenever bluetootch isnt running, its fine. and the solution from hp support was to update the bios firmware. what kinda solution are u giving me? change rams? -____- |

QUOTE(shinjin @ Jan 10 2007, 10:00 PM) I tried many time to contact HP. have u ever did a debug on your dump files? from the way u tell me, i dont think so.The only solution is change the compatible RAM. Friend, U using AMD model, right ? I know, if found do not make sense. U try turn on and off and on for bluetooth, U see u will get the msg or not. It is Nvidia chipset memory controller issue, u need to use HP tested RAM....... I try all the BIOS from F8 to F13.. samething. That is the solution for me and all. Not only u facing this problem! Be polite..... there isnt any connection between the ram's and the usb controller drivers. and there is not such thing is F8 or F13 firmware for my bios. i dont straight away get the BSOD whenever i turn on bluetooth. it only happens on random basis, iv controlled my laptop with my handphone using bluetooth remote desktop. it worked fine. HP tested rams? im using identitical rams. so whats your other solution then? |

QUOTE(Garfie @ Jan 18 2007, 02:29 AM) what do u expect from a laptop? burn cd at 52x? man, u are a bigger piece of crap yourself. and do note, with ati chipsets once startup u can straight away use, but what i've noticed with nvidia boards is it takes a few moments before everything is loaded and ready to go. ROFL you are my peer garfie =DQUOTE(Garfie @ Jan 18 2007, 02:29 AM) iv posted about the problem i have with my v3125au.i get random bsod when i turn on wifi/bluetooth. according to hte hp website, i was suppose to update the bios firmware which i already. someone is gonna buy my laptop anyway so might as well i get some better laptop [: nonetheless the v3000 series is the best looking laptop for its price tag. it puts any other laptop brands to shame within the price range. |
