I just bought 3415AU 1.8.. So far so good perform better than my previous 3250AU and older 3134AU... the best is it come with dvd writer... cheers

Mean that now u own 3 lappy? wow.. mine v3250au dvd combo had problem. Its not functioning at all. Juz now i was type the button "5" it had problem also. Not sensitive and hardly to press.

rm199 for extend to 3 years warranty (parts and labour)

Mine also so loud and my friend was asking why ur combo drive so loud? But now the combo drive had spoiled. Wow.. not is the button "y" hardly to press when i was trying to type forum.lowyat.net. Scary.. the keyboard look like easy to spoil..

coz in the device manager show up this coprocessor not working properly means need driver i think

v3250au.. still under warranty but i got assignment to do.. i think will send it when in holiday. about the keyboard it turn back to normal. maybe this is only happen to 1st batch?

I really need a help here. I just bought the V3412TU.

Everything is working very fine after I installed WinXP Pro SP2 and all the drivers until I downloaded the BIOS Flash softpaq from Compaq Website...

After I flash the BIOS and restart, it will prompt up this message after the Compaq logo :

104-Unsupported wireless network device detected. System Halted Remove Device and Restart.\\

I checked in the CMOS Setup, my BIOS Version is F.12.

Tried to turn the wireless on and off but to no avail. Tried to set boot order to DVD first but still to no avail as the message will be displayed juts after the Compaq logo..

Appreciate anybody's help as I need to use the laptop ASAP

No, 3250AU and 3134AU was sold to my friends already so i bought newer model 3415AU.

All this 3 unit are still perform at their best.. no hardware or software failure. smooth and silky

U can try use vacuum to suck out any dust that might be cause the button working.

I just realized that my 3415 with 1.8 GHz AMD Turion X2 with Samsung HD was hotter than 3250.... Until it reach 55 Celcius...

How about others that own same model with me...? Are u facing same feelings

hey man im using 3415 ~ ~ today is the 3rd day... ya quiet hot.... really need a good air vandilation system at the bottom.

so far so good... just that the driver problem..... coprocessor cannot solve..... TT

what u mean driver problem with co-processor... my unit got zero problem wooo... unless it was extra hot compare to previous model i bought...

maybe u can try install again the nvidia forceware driver...

I bought the V3219TU and I wish to format my laptop but the os is inside the recovery in drive D. I heard from the sales personnel that I can just format by using the recovery drive but can't can get what he mean. Anyone can help? Thanks.

Suddenly my combo drive back to normal... it appear back at My computer and i was able to eject it. wondering what wrong.. the cable inside loose?

my warranty until this coming 29th...can i get the RM199 for 3 years package?

i dont think u can renew the warranty... this 199 warranty upgrade was applicable within 3 months from the date u bought the unit....
