No. The card never use, not even at atm. It just sit in card holder in drawer.

hmm, for mine I suspect is BigPay.

But you can just call OCBC number and speak to customer service to confirm. If really suspected to be compromised can just go to branch get new one for free within 5 mins.

Hi be careful alot of ppl in Spore lose monies. The syndicate is good, they actually can somehow slot their SMS into the typical OCBC SMS for OTP within the same thread. E.g I use OCBC it send SMS for OTP, that appear on my SMS OCBC thread. That syndicate can actually slot into the same thread making ppl thinking it is also from the OCBC official channel. In that SMS there is a link and you know the story afterwards. Think OCBC Spore earlier want to phase out physical token but may revive again.

Weekend receive call with +65 (Spore country code), and this time syndicate smarter no more human talking becuz we can detect accent like India or China and hang-up the call. This time you listen it playback the "official" bank helpline like Please Press 1 for XXX, Press 2 for XXX etc. Scammer syndicate are ingenious they are good !!!!

No, but people are prone to blindly trust SMS from "official" numbers where they get their banking notification SMS from, and don't think twice before click on the link or check if the website address is correct/legitimate.

This phishing works by sending a fraudulent redirect to a page that visually looks like to OCBC website.

Already implemented since mid 2020 in Malaysia how on earth SG OCBC itself so outdated

Your information is out of date and inaccurate.

Since last year OCBC has deactivated the need for One Token for login. One Token still needed for transactions, but with logging in malicious user can change the tied number if they want to.

Hi there,

Notice that OCBC 365 Mastercard has no annual fees for the first 3 years but will incur rm100 after that.
I opened the bank account together with 0365 CC back in Nov-19 but my card first statement is Dec-19

So i should terminate before Dec-22 to avoid the charges?

Yes. AF is an upfront charge. So if it has been charged, you can still cancel it provided that there is no usage after that.
