Wa lau...i have an OCBC Debit/ATM card which i kept in the drawer and never use. I think i am gonna move all my Booster account cash to elsewhere already.

RHB app good? Their online website can't even transfer any amount > 10k. Have to do it from phone. Also i have many issues with them.

maybe u can try to call up customer service to see if they can waive the fee for you?

My case, i called up to terminate card then they offer to waive annual fee to keep me on my card. so i kept it. plan to do the same this year.

I was thinking to cancel the debit card to avoid the rm8/12 charges because there's so limited OCBC atm machine around. I don't think I had withdraw from a OCBC atm machine before.
Usually i will online transfer from ocbc SA to maybank/ambank SA first, then withdraw from their atm machine.

With the OCBC card you can use other banks machines without fee, even the ATM states that there will be a fee. Certainly not unlimited times.

I believe the banks are incurring charges since 1-FEB-2022.

Yes, call and cancel the debit card, but keep OCBC 360 active cause it might come in handy in the future.

Personally I feel the app design is quite good. Clean and easy to use.

usually already count nex day. sth 8-9pm already counted as nex day.

if the posted date is same day.. then no interest.

when u do transaction u will see the date of the transaction.

I always made payment after 10pm. After went thru the history I noticed that most transaction & posting dates are the same except for those on weekend especially Sunday.
But there is 1 weekend transfer that were transacted & posted same day.
From this I would not purposely wait til 10pm anymore unless on Sunday.

Interesting, I also did my transaction after 10pm. Didn't realize this until you posted about it.

Just checked. Made 6 transfers out since February, 5 were posted on the same day.

The one posted next day was transacted on Sunday?
