Not new card no, but there is a footer on the note, pending new activation,

Hmm, Maybank will send SMS when they send the money to the other bank, interesting
*
To do BT via M2U, you must have the new MBB PIN Card, just 1 card enough.

If all your cards are PrePIN cards ie old cards, there is a "pending card activation" there
you cant do BT via M2U as it will show

"you do not have any record in the list ."or something like that....

I experienced that before, but after i received the new PIN card, activated it, i managed to do my 3rd BT on M2U.

Must be a big sum. Did u receive any email on the success of your application?
*
Yeah eager to know how big. i had cashed out RM13k fr MBB without query.

Hmm. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. I don't like having 2 different treatment for same promo. Although you'll probably see your waiver eventually, the feeling of uncertainty is not nice.

I think I'll apply for Round 2 using email again. When I click on M2u, the available balance for BT doesn't appear to be correct. It is really high and doesn't take into account my Round 1 amount. If they count Round 1, my available balance should be much much much lower.
*
Round 1 as in 1 application ?

In that case i must have done 3 rounds and used up some RM46k in total.

But when i tried test another BT on M2U, it says the balance is still RM62+K....

Wonder if i go ahead and do it beyond RM50k, i will kena that 3% fee or not.........

Yepp I did one BT application for RM33k and should only have available balance of RM40k left,  but M2u says still got RM60k. No matter how I calculate, I cant figure out what that amount comprises.

For my next BT app,  I'll play safe and just apply within my RM40k available limit.
*
that means you are going for a total BT of RM70+k , way above the RM50k BT limit?
Are you not worried beyond RM50k, MBB may not refund the 3% charged?

for those who is going to take the MBB 0% BT, do act quick, cause:

"The fee allocated for the waiver is only up to RM3.6M for 6 months campaign duration. The campaign will be automatically stop upon fund has fully depleted."

Initially I thought there was a 50k cap, but someone kindly pointed out the TnC.

Based on the TnC, the 50k is per transaction as opposed to total cap per promo period. Since this is clearly stated, I'm not too worried.

Got my statement dated 3-oct, diff treatment for 2 BTs.
The one applied thru form+email did not incurred fees+gst n
the one thru M2U was charged fees+gst.
CS doesn't know why diff treatment, but the fees+gst will be reversed out.

On 22-9 I applied MBB BT thru email, money credited into my other CCs after 4 days, no fees was charged.
On 27-9 I applied MBB BT thru  M2U, money credited into my other CC on 28-9, & the 3% fees+gst for this BT appeared in my CC account on 28-9.
Looks like I need to call the CS on this. vmad.gif  ranting.gif  mad.gif

Hi Bros,
Would you mind to share the chronology from the day from your application and the number of days the cash reflected on the respective banks?

Thanks.

Based on my experience:

- Give CS a call first. They will usually ask you to send the e-mail, but attentioned to someone, so that it can get routed to the right department properly.

- My PBB cards always have huge authorised charges from BT, but it has never been an issue.

- Whenever I call CS, they will tell me to offset the credit against my unbilled transactions and my supplementary cards. They will also advise to transfer less than the total credit amount, to account for any transactions you may be making in the interim. For example, if your credit is RM,5000, but you know that you'll be spending approx RM500 in the next 5 days, better to just transfer RM4,500.

In short, best thing is to call CS because they are very helpful and can guide you step by step.

They finally response ytd to ask for proof of the payment. I resend my BT form and SMS from MBB on BT approval and fund transfer. Now still waiting for their reply, should I call later to check again?

If you're at that stage, then everything should be OK now. In my experience, the funds will reach within 3 - 5 working days. You can call on Monday if you're worried, but they will probably tell you that they have forwarded your request to the relevant department, and that you just have to wait. I've done this 2-3 times in the last 2 months, so don't worry. I'm sure you'll be OK.
