Yup, posted earlier that within hours, received sms that the STP request is approved. The next day, MBB has already paid all the 3 cards at amount of RM927.89, RM190 and RM833.34 (Total of RM1,951.23).

No question, no statement request, no phone call received from MBB.

On 22-9 I applied MBB BT thru email, money credited into my other CCs after 4 days, no fees was charged.
On 27-9 I applied MBB BT thru M2U, money credited into my other CC on 28-9, & the 3% fees+gst for this BT appeared in my CC account on 28-9.
Looks like I need to call the CS on this.

i tot they charged 1st, and waived after 30 days...?

5. Campaign Mechanics:-

But the earlier BT(by email) wasn't charged any fees, or later?

1st BT via email: 22 Sep, no fees charged in 28 Sep's statement. BT installment amount is in there.
2nd BT via M2U: 27 Sep, fees charged in 28 Sep's statement. BT installment amount is in there.

so the question was why one BT charged fees and another not charged, in the same statement?

My next statement date is 3rd Oct. The fee+gst appear as unbilled tranx.

i wonder if m2u's bt 12-month is part of the 0% promo. inside, it doesnt state anything about waiver. it seems to be the standard 12-month bt with 3% fee.

i think m2u bt is part of the promo with 0%

Hmm. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. I don't like having 2 different treatment for same promo. Although you'll probably see your waiver eventually, the feeling of uncertainty is not nice.

I think I'll apply for Round 2 using email again. When I click on M2u, the available balance for BT doesn't appear to be correct. It is really high and doesn't take into account my Round 1 amount. If they count Round 1, my available balance should be much much much lower.

My Round 2 available balance is lower now. Not going round 2, I think they did charged me 3% fee, I applied on m2u

Hi guys, sorry if it's a redundant question. I just do two BT from my MBB card, and suddenly got promo from them. my existing card still haven't cancel (but going to). do I need to apply for a new cc in MBB in order for me to go for the 0% BT?

No need new card to get the 0% promo

I will wait until my statement is out n see whether I should call the CS. Nowadays calling them is a hassle unlike last time.
