Tried to use PBB BT to pay AEON CREDIT CARD by choosing UOB BANK in the application
But it fails after a week |

Which bank offers 0% installment now for 6 months? Preferably, a card that offers cash back for online transactions and can later be converted into a 0% installment plan.

For HLB BT, if i make extra payment this month (more than 5% min payment), can i use that surplus to offset with next month? Or next month i still need to pay outstanding balance x 5%?
