Want to ask a few questions

1) When are BT instalments due? Does it follow the monthly statement due dates or different date?
2) Can I transfer more than the amount outstanding on the card? Eg transfer 2.4k from card with only 2k outstanding
3) How long does it take to approve such BT applications typically?
4) Any disadvantages I should know of? (Assuming no upfront fee, 0% and always pay on time)

Want to clarify, got my first statement after my first BT (6 months)
Bank: Hong Leong Bank

(1)
If my statement balance is 2k, min payment 100
BT account balance is 1k, min payment 50

My understanding is I need to pay 2050 (2k statement bal + 50 min payment for BT) for this statement cycle, and subsequent months the min payment for BT account will always be 50 (as it is always 5% or RM50 min). Is this correct to just add statement balance + 5% BT Balance (min 50) for the monthly payment?

(2)
In the statement it also states:
QUOTE
SPECIAL INTEREST RATES EXPIRES 13102025 18% PA INTEREST RATE APPLIES DAILY ON THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE AFTER 13102025

What date range can I fully pay off the BT to avoid early settlement charges of RM70 / interest when my statement date is on the 13th of the month? Is it 13/9-13/10?

Thanks for this. I tried to click "make payment" then I understand the payment is separated.

Did a bit more digging in HLB Online and found out the early settlement fee applies only on 13 Sep or before for my case. So settling it on 14 Sep to 13 Oct are the safe dates.

For HLB BT, if i make extra payment this month (more than 5% min payment), can i use that surplus to offset with next month? Or next month i still need to pay outstanding balance x 5%?

Next month still 5% outstanding (min 50)

This is my first time doing BT from HLB. How can you tell that it is already the last month of your BT and you have to settle the FULL outstanding amount instead of paying the minimum payment?

Is there any way to see this from the web portal?

Look under Expiry date on the web
In this example its 13/Dec
