Last week applied BT 1.90%/p.a. with the code (which no SMS me) provided by others and failed cause they say my account not applicable

I asked anymore reducing balance transfer, the CS says UOB discontinued d cause many customer complaint kenak interest (customer no self monitor, lol)

Anyone experience balance transfer rejected? credit limit available and the amount applied still within 80% of limit..im planning to apply 5 figure amount with long terms around 60 months..just to be sure

My UOB BT 0% successful but they use each credit card balance as a single BT so I ended up with 5 BTs.. annoying.

Hi, for UOB BT, how do we remove the BT Account they created from the app.

Pretty sure it has past the 6 month tenure already but still can see the BT account there.

Do I need to call CS to remove?

Not affin, but i have done other banks (HLb/rhb/pbb) BT to pay UOB BT, no issues..
