I'm first time on BT. Wanted to transfer balance to MBB card.

So appreciate advise.

If I have balance on CIMB CR card. How do I initiate BT in M2U?

Should I wait until my CIMB statement date or I can do anytime within this month?

Thanks

Directly apply through M2U no need statement, can apply anytime

So it will take any of my outstanding balance as of today right?

Provided I applied for BT over the minimum Rm1000 as promoted by MBB.

Thanks.

You don't need to produce any statement, basically you can just request any amount so long above RM 1k and within 80-90% of your CL.

Thank you.

Let say my outstanding balance in CIMB CR is less than Rm1k,
Can I BT rm1k in MBB so that my CIMB CR card be in credit and offset my future expenses?

Thanks.

MBB doesnt know what is your outstanding amount from CIMB. M2U is not that all powerful and intelligent to link with ALL the banks to check each card's outstanding everytime someone initiate the Balance Transfer.

So, you're free to enter any amount that you like, as long as not exceeding the 80-90% of available credit from your MBB card.

The BT amount transferred to your MBB card is considered as PAYMENT. If you transfer > current outstanding, you'll get -ve (excess) amount in your CIMB card. upcoming expenses/statement will be slightly offset by the excess.

You basically tell MBB how much you want, they initiate the payment (on your behalf) to CIMB. that's all it is.

Thank you so much. Very helpful.

Hi, I just saw that CIMB have 6 months 0% BT promo for now. Is there any other cards offering such promo other than CIMB?

Also PBB BT promo with gift ends tomorrow. Any possibility they will revive a 0% BT programme soon?

Thanks

Hi, for UOB BT, how do we remove the BT Account they created from the app.

Pretty sure it has past the 6 month tenure already but still can see the BT account there.

Do I need to call CS to remove?

Thanks
