I copied your download link to test on my connection, the speed is ok here though it doesn't max out my bandwidth (this is normal because rarely got any server can fully max out my connection rolleyes.gif ), alldebrid got speed limit applied to free account? Or you are using premium account?

Dear Time,

Have you spoken to Astro regarding your internet service upgrade? May we know the outcome?

Is Astro and Time planning to continue to fleece their Astro IPTV customers?

Have you tried restarting the modem and router? And test LAN cable speed too if possible.

This afternoon I was on WiFi and just now I tried to download via LAN, it did max out my bandwidth (64MB * 8 = 512Mbps).

So far I've been experiencing higher latencies when playing Diablo III (Asia server) for the past week.
[Pasir Emas Condo, Melaka. 100mpbs. Did not change any setting prior to the problem. Restarted 850L + ONU several times]
Normally the latency is 100+ but it has been steady at 300+
Even using my office's 1mbps Streamyx connection gives me better latencies (200+)

Hi,

Try to ping other servers... or give me the server IP, wil try to ping it from our end.

Thanks.

Hi,

This Linksys E1200 router is pretty much low end router, try replace with a newer one based on budget and intended coverage.

Thanks.

since i subscribe to 100mbps, can you recommend any router that is suitable? as i don't want to purchase a high end router but wasted as my subscription only up to 100mbps. need at least a better wifi speed and get good coverage in the room (1000sqft condo).

Hi, for your case, you may purchase one from TIME selfcare portal, model Dlink DIR850L @ RM270, since it includes onsite Installation as well.

You gotta make sure your receiving devices able to support 5GHz & Wifi 802.11AC standard in order to enjoy higher speed easily.

Thanks.

Hi,

Try to bypass the Router & directly connect your PC to the Huawei ONU Port 1, create a PPPOE connection on your PC, test again.

Flush your DNS (by running ipconfig /flushdns at command prompt)...set in Public DNS such as Google/OpenDNS in your PC, test again... (without using Router).

Many times I will be onsite, you may Whatsapp me for faster response.

Thanks.
