Wow...nice speed bro.  rclxms.gif
Is this on Wifi or lan?

Did u need to change any settings or just flash the firmware only.

Thanks
*
Screenshot from my phone lei of course WiFI. LOL

Flash firmware then tweak you own settings where necessary. LAN is pretty easy to hit those speeds, any decent router can give you full speed.

Aha, I feel the same way. When I first signed up with Time, I tried the RM129 8Mb plan. Was blown away by how much consistently speedier Time was than my RM140 4Mb streamyx. Went to RM179 15Mb, then tried the RM179 100Mb. Finally settled on RM249 50Mb which is now 500Mb!!

Am getting 470-480 Mbps if directly connected to my Asus router. Way way more than the 50Mb I initially paid for. Concurrent Netflix HD, youtube HD (wife and son on their own devices) and Bittorrent downloads with oodles of internet bandwidth to spare. Not getting 500Mb per Time's plan but I'm not complaining..  rclxm9.gif

you are right we are also not paying their full rate. be thankful.

are you joking speeds up to 500mbps is "second or third world country" LOL. the old"er" users ought to be happy because they are paying less than what is advertise and getting the "FREE" upgrade.

Any word on the EU routing, or is there a specific email I can use to contact someone at TIME who is in a position to look at it (instead of the 'regular' support email that only ever responds with 'turn it off and on again')?
*
good luck been trying to sort this out for years... it comes and goes every so often. u can only b!tch/rant about it. They will ask for all kinds of trace route and nothing happens. Its like magic it disappears after some time before it comes back again.

Hi I'm currently using Unifi 50Mbps@rm199 and very satisfied but been wanting to get the Time 100Mbps@rm149 as I don't watch tv.

How is the stability with Time fibre? What's your connection speed when viewing this  8k youtube video? (right click stats for nerds)

Are now a good time to upgrade? I'm in Kelana Jaya area btw. Thanks!

nice video... hitting 270megs

Just realised the apartment behind my house, walking distance less than 1 minute, got TIME according to the coverage on website. laugh.gif

Wonder if TIME will entertain landed before next GE...

Why bother. Time no longer market leader and boast high speeds. Even if they offer giga speed and symmetrical thruput. Tm is pretty close with their highest offering plan. Landed properties higher chance of fiber.

I cannot confirm the exact timeframe, but my download speed after 10pm every night definitely super slow and high latency for more than a week.

I posted a lot of test results here in this post showing this problem, some days I also got less than 5 Mbps and there is one or two days I got less than 1 Mbps! vmad.gif

Just bear with it or switch. I have been complaining 3-4 years ago when the line is slow during nights and back to normal during day time. It is always this test that test. So much so both the most helpful people in this thread have given up and I don’t blame them. Occasionally this still happen for me but granted it hasn’t for some time. I have learned to live with it as most of the time is has been great.

The longer they delay to make the announcement. It means we still pay current plan longer. Hundreds of thousands accounts. How much more extra collection lei.
