Hai, ive seen TIME's contractor started upgrading time/fiber infra for my apartment.. They did tell us that the works will consume around 2-3 weeks.. and its been month plus already but we have not yet recieve any information regarding the upgrading works..

1) Did anyone knows how long does d upgrading infra works normally take place?

2) So anyone here is capable of extrating the information regarding my apartment's upgrading work status?

Hi, I am a buyer of Citizen Condo in Old Klang Road. The condo will be completed in 2018 and I would like to know if I can continue to use TIME Service. Will TIME consider to extend the coverage to that condo?

Does anyone face internet (ISP by time broadband) slowness issue in PJ area, this has happened since 31st August night. It is extremely slow as the download speed is just around 10+KBps

Lately yes. They always claim it has something to do with the cable. When it happens it affects the entire area, in my case Setapak. Last couple of days the interenet has been somewhat slow too. But when its really good when its working well. I was on unifi for many years too, i know about the annual undersea cable claim where you interent just goes shit. So far with Time no such thing, gaming is good lower ms than what i used to with unifi. Just the occasional no service interruption thats annoying.

Hi everyone, i'm using 100mbps TimeBroadband package. Anyone have tips on how to solve the problem which is lagging when playing online game(dota/csgo) because of someone in the house is downloading? Can we limit his speed of download so that people who playing online games wont affected.

All the website are slow... not some.

Depends on your router. I'm using a Mikrotik and I set a limit like this.

I'm using the default router which i believe D-Link DIR-850L model. So i have to explore the router in the DHCP section?

No, that doesn't have it. You'll have to get a new router for something like this. Such as the Mikrotik RB941. It's only RM130 but not sure if it'll be fast enough for 100mbps.

Have you tried using the DIR-850L QoS Engine? I don't think it works too well but can try. Are your mates downloading using torrents?

if u r sharing with housemate or others, I don't think is a good idea
if for family shld be fine.

Get a new router that have QoS settings and you can limit his speed when downloading. Keep in mind there won't be a real cheap option if you decide to get a new router as there are limited routers with good QoS settings, unless you can flash the firmware.

Don't know what takes them so long. Been waiting for one month plus already without internet (Note that my apartment is within their coverage still they take so freaking long ). My latest date given is 17th Sept. Hopefully this is the latest date and no further delay anymore. If not I will just go for Unifi already.

RIP!! hahahaha.. all i need now is for them to finish installing the fiber upgrade for ma apartment.. which for now without any news or info regarding to their work's status.. I also cant wait anymore longer.. been suffering with Data limitation for months.. It is supremely exhausting.. Im also considering getting d unifi lite, but i waited dis TIME for so long already.. hopefully they can finish it this month the apartment behind mine is done for months already.. Huhuu
