Slow download on 100mbps plan - download speed at 3-4 mbps at ara damansara.
Logged a support case on the portal.

Slow download speed (<10mbps) and internet connection keep disconnecting (some DNS error) I'm using Google DNS on my router.

Kuchai Lama area.

Experiencing severely slow download speeds on this end as well (Taman Desa, off Old Klang Road). Upload speeds are also quite limited, as getting below my typical upload speeds.

Same here, experiencing slow download speed, around 4Mbps (Jalan 51A/241, Seksyen 51a).

Since everyone is having same network disruption I guess it's nationwide thing? Hopefully it's fixed asap

It affect my ex-company office in Kelana but not at my home at sri petaling. Pinging to the remote gateway ip results in 20+ms ping with significant packet loss as well. The packet loss is the main issue which cause severe performance degradation.

I'm trying to change from the free linksys router to an asus rt-N66U however it's unable to check connection been trying to set up for past hour but it's not working at all. Is anyone using that router or can anyone give suggestions on how to make it work? Thanks.

Hi,

After you login to your Router backend Admin CP, go to Advanced Settings > WAN > Select PPPOE under WAN Connection Type, and key in your given TIME login credentials.
