QUOTE(abusive123 @ Nov 11 2016, 11:46 PM)
how do you expect me to get a tracert from another ISP? i happen to ask random people in the game who aren't using TIME if their ping has changed and they said no. Its just affecting every player who is on TIME.

Also from the previous posts by other users, I thought we already ascertained that the issue is a routing change. Why does TIME need to burden its users by asking for tracerts from other ISP's??? I"ll try to get them but I fail to see how this will resolve anything.

Dear bro

I really hope my ultimate request is helping instead of burden u.

The request is solely want to prove to our oversea vendor there is misroute matter.

As I mentioned,  my intention is simple , solve the issue .

Thanks
*
Unifi user here, trace route as below, the ping is around 160ms+-, hope it's help

i try to apply my TIME config on my own personal router.... i believe from Huawei (where the fiber input) ---> own router... but no internet access... did i miss something?
*
What router you try to setup? It's a new router or the router you use for Unifi? If is the router you use for unifi, have you turn off the vlan or iptv?

Ya...look for TP-link if u want a cheaper price...if u have more budget then go for asus. I using TP-link Archer C2600 around 1 1/2 yrs already. Before used for unifi 100Mbps, now use for time 500Mbps.

C2600 in the living room, below test result are test in my room with my note8.

QUOTE(System Error Message @ Dec 19 2017, 12:42 AM)
while i did make a post, Time internet is actually slow for anything international. On TM at the same time of day i can watch a video from US or UK from a service like amazon or netflix at full quality with no issue. On time it is always pixelated and other services just buffer. Its not the fault of my laptop or router either as i use a 36 cpu core router coupled on gigabit ethernet.

So before you get time internet, consider this. If your primary use is international traffic, TM is much faster than that. IF primary use is local traffic then time is faster.

I've done what i can including contacting time as well. Its just how they manage international traffic.

hmm.gif ....I can stream netflix and amazon prime with 4k smoothly on any time without any problem, at the same time downloading torrent too.

Ahh I see, I have a fibre connection also in Indonesia, using just low-end ZTE F609 can get full speed (but only 100Mbps, no more than that hahaa)

Maybe I should try and error about this, ever tried uaing Mi Router? Anyone?
*
I am using 500Mbps plan... I am using tplink archer c2600, it's already 2 years old. i can get full speed at any time with lan or wifi. May be the problem is cause by the router they use.

The below speedtest was test on my note 8

Interesting. You're connecting to a USA-based ExpressVPN server? If you were connecting to the USA via Singapore or HK, for example, then presumably you'd not be using the USA-MY 'pipe' and might expect better performance. But I guess that's not how you're doing it, so my consistently slow streaming between 8-10pm needs another explanation to the one I gave.
*
So far i have no issue on streaming netflix. Streaming smoothly on any time even with streaming 4k content.

I think they are throttling speed. Its just that they do not announce it officially.
How can other time of the day speed is ok. But during night time speed is slow. Surely they are doing speed throttling.
Previously maxis throttle download speed for p2p connection. But Time Dotcom is throttling all the connection regardless.
*
I think is area issue, cause i have no issue since last year july when i subscribe to time.

I'm suffering from the same issue as you (exact speed even) . Not getting the same speed compared to if I connect using LAN. I'm using the same router as you ac1200. I'm using a Samsung s9. Most probably it's our router haha
*
Change the router might help. I am using note8 with 2.5 yrs old Archer C2600 manage to get 500mbps.
