Can anyone help on dlink 850L settings for port forward? I've added the rules but still shown as 'close' (http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/).

Thanks in advance

Bro, you know anyone in Malaysia selling AV2000 homeplugs? My AV600 units are good enough to give me 180-200Mbps speedtest results with my 500Mbps connection, but am looking for an upgrade.

Yes, I understand that. Don't use extensions or power strips at home, all points straight to the wall socket. Even side by side, I get 330Mbps on the TP-Link utility, and 200Mbps via internet speedtest.

I know AV1200 is available locally, but AV2000 would be sweeter.

From the Lan 1 on the ONU aka Modem to the LAN blue on the Wi-Fi router.

Make sure you have to put ID as XXX@timebb.
Password : XXX.

Yes the cable on my modem is on LAN 1. I didnt remove the cable from modem, only unplug it from D-link DIR-850L router and plug in to tp-link router.

Yes I copied the same PPPoE ID (XXX@timebb) and password (XXXXXX) from d-link router to tp-link as well... but it just doesnt connect to the internet.. confused.gif ranting.gif

You set via Router mode and set as PPPoE?

What does the Wi-Fi router said that not connected.

Hi Bro,

More precisely, you need to test the actual bandwidth that you got using the software provided by the powerline adapter.

Thanks.
