Easier said than done, just recently paid celcom the remains of their postpaid one...3 months after port out of it. Geram betul.

When i try *888*6#, their reply was:

"Please reload/subscribe before redeeming."

I think there is a bug in their system waiting to be fixed on their side.

port to prepaid lah, I did that to one of my number last time to get out of digi easy prepaid. porta while to any telco, then port back. nothing to pay after, and nothing to lose if you finish up the balance before porting.

Without a valid reason (like upgrading or faulty SIM), it will likely fall under Lost & Stolen as the reason of replacing the SIM and hence the charge.

I just noticed on my 78v account I can no longer purchase the 3GB weekend add-on. It has disappeared as a purchase option. But the 8GB for RM10 top-up is still there.

I've never seen the 3GB weekend add-on on MyDiGi app. The 8GB for RM10 was never there too. I'm on DiGi Smart Plan 78 tied to an iPhone contract. The biggest data add-on I can see is 6GB which is valid for 10 days only for RM65.

After made some payment. Mydigi has allowed me to purchase add on.
Curious since I'm still able to make outgoing calls and use data beforehand.
