QUOTE(ericpires @ Apr 15 2016, 11:48 AM) I must admit this new Digi plan really knocks off Celcom First Gold. Should I change from Celcom to Digi? Some advantages Celcom still has over DiGi: 1) After exceeding quota, Celcom is throttled while DiGi totally cuts you off (based on their FAQ). 2) Celcom's quota topup is valid until next billing cycle while DiGi has a pretty short validity (usually 7 days).

QUOTE(xzilem @ Apr 15 2016, 01:01 PM) And celcom has unlimited sms (though i didn't use any sms at all with digi) I think another disadvantage for Digi is the voicemail charges. usually no one will bother to turn off voicemail, so this will be a disadvantage for the unlimited calls packages. If not mistaken celcom doesn't have this voicemail charges. someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Tempted coz it gives more weekdays data than First Gold. And unlimited Spotify. Dont understand why it is so difficult for them to provide unlimited sms. Not that I use it lah. But still weird.

Me & my colleagues are using Digi. I'm using Samsung galaxy note 4 & she's using Iphone 6+.
why she can detect 3G & my phone only detect H+.
Both set to WCDMA/GSM.
If I change the setting to LTE/WCDMA/GSM. then can detect to 4G.
Any Sifu here can advice? I only want to use for 3G, because 4G will use up my data very fast.
Thank you.

QUOTE(prosibu @ Apr 15 2016, 04:29 PM) Can, try call cs 1st unless they ask u go digi centre I've changed a few times in-store. Will try do it through phone and/or app this time. If not, store is easiest. Just need IC. Will likely be changing from 75V to the New 80 plan (7+3gb).

QUOTE(blurblursam @ Apr 15 2016, 03:37 PM) Can we turn off the voice mail service? yes. just call up the helpline and tell them to do it. most people never care.
