Do you guys think there's going to be any new postpaid plans in the near future as I saw some got disclaimer offer valid until 31st August. If no new plans I'm just going to change to Postpaid48 more internet.

So far no news yet, but changing now doesn't hurt. You can always change when a new package is out.

At the moment the big three telco are pretty quiet so I believe they can still maintain the current offerings for a while unlike back then when the telco war was so intense they kept on releasing/revising plans.

Plus, there is really no need to start another war as it would only hurt them. Digi is largest now in Malaysia and Maxis still has very good profit and ARPU.

Don't think Webe or Yes will make them change their minds as they do not pose a threat.

Yea, as long as there's no contract if I change to this new plan, it wouldnt be a problem I think. Last time I changed I was contracted for 1 year. Lol. Dont know why. Auto debit or auto billing or something.

Hi, I'm new to Digi, want to ask some questions here for the prepaid package.

For Digi Best Prepaid:
i) FREE Basic Internet - just need to topup and keep the line active? Meaning every month need to topup RM30 to enjoy the free basic internet? Or can buy 365 days validity and enjoy the this?

ii) To buy the DATA, minimum for monthly is RM10 (300MB), right? Can I buy 365 days validity (how much?) and buy RM10 every month for the 300MB?

I just need a small DATA and very low usage for whatsapp as I have wifi access most of the time.

Yes, under the latest Best plan you can buy Super Long Life (SLL) for RM68 which gives 365 days validity, and with that can subscribe whatever internet option you want.

You need a minimum credit balance of RM69 to buy SLL.

This plan also comes with 500mb free slow data each month which may be enough to keep WhatsApp ticking.

Can we request the sms multiple times?

Hi, need some help here. I am an oversea student. My digi got deactivated because of not reloading. Is there any possibilities that I can reactivate the same number again or buy back the same number? The number is important for me.

Last round Jul I did claimed the free Sundae, but this round still not receive the SMS

Call Digi at +60-16-2211800 or email them at help@digi.com.my to see if they can help. Most likely you've lost your number permanently but you can always try.

Just send 'MCD' to 20000 for the SMS if you did not get it
