Disappointed with digi, my contract ends on aug 31 but they dont want to allow me to extend my 98v contract with the note 7 earlier than 31 aug

I mean come on, im not cancelling the contract and digi got nothing to lose, cant they give a few days exemption? Im just extending the contract to 2 more years

You could go talk one of their centres and try to talk to a superior, tell them they got nothing to lose. Maybe he or she will make an exception.

thanks telco U for this chart

now my main line is Digi Postpaid 28V (0.5gb) + RM10 internet sharing +RM10 unlimited call + RM 28 (Digi Postpaid 28V subline) +RM50 share 12 gb data = RM126 (now is 12.5gb share and 0.5gb data for sub line)

better than original 80V+ postpaid 38v +rm 10 sharing = RM128 (only 7gb+3gb weekend data)

basically i take sub line because i got internet home and office... my gf will use all the remaining data....
*
if your sup line you add rm10 and make it rm38, then your sup line can have unlimited calls and share the pool of 12.5g of data.

I'm currently in Singapore and subscribed to DiGi's RM10 24h validity data package. Feel a little bit cheated as the 24h period doesn't stack up if you purchase 2 packs. In my case, this is what happened:

1pm yesterday - signed up for 1 package, validity until 1pm today.
10am today - topped up for 1 day, total validity is only until 10am tomorrow.
Basically got shortchanged by 3 hours.

Is that the way it is working. I talked to digi customer service few weeks ago. He advised me that in order for me to enjoy the unlimited for both principle line and sub line.
Principle line need to subscribe for the unlimited plan which RM68 + RM10 (internet sharing) + RM10 (unlimited for Sub line ) + RM38 (monthly for sub line )
Total = RM68 + Rm10 + RM10 + RM38 = RM126

This is not even purchase of additional data yet.

Seems to be a mistake here. Plan 68 or higher just need to add rm10 for internet sharing. Then apply for sup line for rm38. that's it. I think the rm10 extra is for a line to share gadgets (for data sharing only, no voice). You can choose between that or voice sup line at rm38. Total up to six lines. Extra rm10 is only payable for the cheaper 28 ad 48 plan.

From Digi website:
Just add RM10 to your principal line and start sharing Internet with up to 6 lines

Just called digi half an hour ago:

Clarification:

Principle RM 28 + RM38 + RM20 (internet sharing and unlimited call to sub line)
=> unlimited call to all others network only applicable to sub line. Principle line only have 50 mins free call to all others network. subsequent to charge separately.

In order to have unlimited call to all network for principle and sub line:
=> principle RM68 + RM38 + RM10 (internet sharing)

digi have the achievement for making the most complicated plan in the world

see the website
Do I get any additional offer when I subscribe to Internet Sharing with Digi Postpaid 28 or Digi Postpaid 48 More Calls & SMS?
For Digi Postpaid 28 and Digi Postpaid 48 More Calls & SMS, once subscribed to Internet Sharing, you will also get to enjoy Unlimited Calls to all networks.

make sure your mainline digi postpaid 28 is digi post postpaid 28v (more call and sms, 0.5gb data de) not 1gb data de digi postpaid 28 (more internet plan)

then principle digi postpaid 28v rm28, sub line digi postpaid 38v + RM20 internet sharing & upgrade unlimited call + add RM50 for 12gb share data

then you have 12+0.5gb data for sharing, 0.5gb data at subline, unlimited call to all network for main line and subline, average per person is RM68 before GST

that CS dunno what they're talking about should be sacked. I have the 28 plan which by paying rm10 (for sharing) and rm10 (unlimited calls) for which I'm paying rm48 - I enjoy unlimited calls with 0.5gig data. If I want to add any sup lines, I can get up to 6 more for rm38 each and each one will get unlimited calls but share the same 0.5 gig data.

But why believe me? Just look at their web site: http://new.digi.com.my/postpaid/family-plans - just scroll down to where it says "best principal line" all the info you need is there!

Really the bugger should be sacked!

Is anyone aware of this DiGi Postpaid 70 with unlimited calls + 12GB data (9GB all-day data + 3GB weekend data) ? It is applicable for new port-in only and it comes with a 12-month contract.

Can't find it on Digi.com.my but I saw it advertised outside a Digi Express Store.

The 12-month contact is understandable but still a put-off for me. I would have been interested if I was a high volume caller though.
