I'm currently in Singapore and subscribed to DiGi's RM10 24h validity data package. Feel a little bit cheated as the 24h period doesn't stack up if you purchase 2 packs. In my case, this is what happened:
1pm yesterday - signed up for 1 package, validity until 1pm today. 10am today - topped up for 1 day, total validity is only until 10am tomorrow. Basically got shortchanged by 3 hours. |

Anyone here with experience with Digi's EPP?
I'm an existing DG50 customer, I intend on switching up to a More Data 68 plan and taking a S7E on EPP. Do I still need to pay the upfront fees? If yes, how are they returned to me, is it via monthly rebates? |

One of my sublines got barred for hitting its credit limit. Can't check MyDiGi to verify this as the site keeps giving me a blank page (refer to attachment). Attached thumbnail(s)
