QUOTE(princess_autumn87 @ Apr 1 2011, 01:34 PM) lol, sunway will soon declare as *remote down town* due to coverage problem lol thanks Err.. This thread is only for Maxis 3G Internet, I'm using this plan. btw, can i know wat plan u are taking? Not Maxis Wireless Broadband. It should share the same coverage and signal as Maxis WBB, but the only difference is it has no cap and no limit on the download. This post has been edited by fruitie: Apr 1 2011, 01:39 PM |

QUOTE(vez @ Apr 1 2011, 07:11 PM) only limited area got 42Mbps which is dual carrier HSPA+ Anyone knows what happened to Maxis plan to upgrade to HSPA+?http://www.u.com.my/faqs/42mbps-mobile-broadband-service hopefully if Maxis upgrade to HSPA+ network, existing unlimited plan will remain Seems that it is extremely quiet since Maxis announced their plan to upgrade back in 2009. Are they giving up on the plan? Because nowadays can't even find the webpage anymore about their 21Mbps HSPA+ |

QUOTE(leecwai @ Apr 4 2011, 09:09 AM) That's great, because if Maxis is not moving, they will loose out in the Broadband is still one of Maxis' most important businesses, so not to worry. coming Broadband war. @fruitie, I am quite amazed on how you are always on top of this info. Err.. Because I'm interested in wireless broadband and the nature of my work and company industry, I can't be not be alert with the updates. |

QUOTE(digilife @ Apr 15 2011, 02:28 AM) @digilife,Thanks for the info, but the modem you suggest is not easily available in the market. So far I see no seller selling in LYN. And since that no one use it, I am not sure whether Maxis multi sim is compatible or not. This post has been edited by leecwai: Apr 15 2011, 08:53 AM |

i strongly believe Maxis will challenge the local broadband market with the Single Channel HSPA first, ie the 21Mbps , infact we are surfing the HSPA framework now, if we hav the E372, i guess it will surpassed the 7.2Mbps barrier currently.
i am thinking of getting the E372 to test Maxis via MDMA to chk our profile. |
