From my understanding on the RM 78 promotion, Within 1 year. if you cancel the plan you need to pay the penalty. On top of that, after the contract ends. Maxis will charge you full price again (RM 98). My sister experience that. What a bad experience from MAXIS....

Yes and and another rm10 u get 20gb at all time meaning rm90 = 20gb whereas maxis rm188=20gb.

And celcom is becoming better in terms of internet speed at most places compared to 6 months ago.

ps: rm108 u get 40gb of data all times

They gonna tell you guys the same shit, we have premium counter service, premium online/phone support, widest LTE coverage, fastest LTE speed.

As clearly evidenced by the last mass exodus of maxis customers when Celcom launched first Gold plan, forcing Maxis to match the competition. Pressure from the rising cost of living and weakening ringgit, loyalty to one telco is thinning when there is better value out there.
