Tenkeyless is the keyboard without the numpad right? If I need the numpad keyboard type. Any keyboard recommendation? I am fine with RM400+ if necessary. Thanks!

You can consider Corsair Strafe (non-RGB, more plastic feel) or Corsair Vengeance K70 LUX (non-RGB, solid aluminium) then, both are priced around RM 450+/- in Malaysia.

Look for MX Red and Brown, test the switches yourself to determine the which one to get.

Console-like SFF casing doesn't support normal AIO liquid cooler, you need something like Corsair H5 SF but you still need to check if the case can fit it or not since it is specially made for Corsair cases.

You need to ensure that the width of the GPU can fit in these types of cases as well, not just the length.

Some cases support SFX PSU only so there is another thing you need to check before pulling the trigger.

You can check out Silverstone MILO series and RVZ series.

Hi,

Can anyone help me build a PC that can run Dota 2/CS:GO on High settings. Any other games doesn't matter.

So this PC will only be used to browse, watch movies and play ONLY Dota 2/CS:GO, nothing else. But Dota 2 & CSGO must be able to run on High setting.

Budget: <RM1500 including 20+" monitor (the cheaper the better)

keyboard and mouse no need.

Thanks in advance smile.gif

You can run high settings on almost all the PCs out there, the frame rate that you can get is what matters the most.

High settings on iGPU (HD 530) might be a little bit too ambitious, but you can try though, not guarantee can get you a stable 60 FPS at high settings 1080p, 720p/900p might still be possible.

Intel Core i3 6100 - RM 479
Asus H110M-K - RM 274
Kingston 8GB DDR4 2133MHz Value RAM - RM 140
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 209
Cheap OEM case + PSU ~ RM 100
AOC E2180SWDN - RM 318

Total: RM 1520 (ETech price inclusive of GST)

In order to save cost, I included/used a cheap OEM case with unknown (cap ayam) PSU in the build list, this is highly not recommended unless you really want to save cost and put your PC at risk, this build is solely for references only and I am not responsible for anything that happens, just a disclaimer sweat.gif

2k can do a complete swap to DDR4 platform already biggrin.gif

DDR4 RAM is cheap nowadays (even cheaper than new DDR3 now due to stock overflow sweat.gif ), so no need to worry about having to spend extra money for DDR4 RAM anymore, sell off your DDR3 if you want so you can add extra few hundred into the budget.

Taobao is selling CPU at very cheap price? If the price is very close to local one then just get the local one with local warranty, easy to claim warranty in the future and can get it on the spot (don't have to wait for it to be shipped from China/HK etc.).

How much will be DDR4 32GB? Just normal value RAM will do...

I've read some articles and they said there's no FAKE CPU will be made. So rest assured to buy CPU . Just no CPU FAN and box will be provided. It's ok for me as i want to go for AIO liquid Cooling.

I think I5 6500 with H170 Gaming Pro will be ok, for DDR4 ?

32GB (16GB x 2) DDR4 2133MHz Value RAM - RM 598 (RM 299 each)

32GB (8GB x 4) DDR4 2133MHz Value RAM - RM 588 (RM 147 each)

Genuine or non-genuine, I cannot guarantee that yet because you know China is very capable in cloning things right biggrin.gif

If price difference is just RM 50 - RM 100 then I suggest you better go for local unit instead with box, sticker, HSF, receipt etc which you can sell it off easily next time to other people when you go for an upgrade again.

H170 Gaming Pro is an overpriced mobo, that price tag can get you a Z170 already sweat.gif

Just my 2 cents.

Yup I know you aren't going for OC, it is just the price of that H170 mobo is too expensive and if you were to get it, I will suggest you to get a Z170 instead.

H170 (ATX) - Gigabyte H170-HD3, ASRock H170 Pro 4

And BTW since you don't plan to OC, AIO liquid cooler can be dropped completely too, it is not needed for a locked i5, but of course you can go for it if you insist to get one for aesthetic purpose.

New games like Overwatch, Witcher 3 etc. Doesnt have to be highest specs as he is not too bothered with graphics quality, only smoothness. Thanks !

AMD current CPU lineup is very old already, it is not worth to spend your money on it, better wait for Zen (upcoming AM4) platform which is expected to arrive in the next couple of months.
