If that's the case, maybe i5 will do. Would prefer to have a more long lasting proc as I don't want to spend so much on upgrading.

I have this issue right now, where my PC shut down itself after 1-2 seconds I turn on. And it keeps on repeat the on off until I switch off the power plug.

I would need a new PSU, ram ddr4 if possible, new MOBO, and new casing (Prefer small and lightweight).

Much better than CM PSU, in fact the CM V series PSU is the only PSU that you should consider when you want to pick CM, other CM models are just so-so (mixed Chinese and Taiwanese caps).

Can, just don't do something too demanding (or stress the PC), the PSU included with the case is "cap-ayam" brand and not suitable for high power requirement components, office use is fine.

You can use stock cooler or get a decent 3rd party air cooler like CM Hyper 212X/Cryorig H5 etc., please check the clearance of your case before buying.

Or if you already have a preferred case then let me know so I can tell you which air cooler to buy or can fit.

Should call it as 'rig' instead and the situation is a bit different in your case because your budget can fit RX470 8GB + i3 or RX460 4GB + i5 but there is no actual/real life benchmark or review yet, we are getting it much earlier than other country this time around

RX480 is between GTX970 and GTX980.

My prediction:
RX470 is between GTX960 and GTX970 (or R9 380 to R9 390).
RX460 is between GTX950 and GTX960 (or R7 370 to R9 380).

RX460 is more worth in my opinion, 4GB version of RX470 is due to arrive in Malaysia soon as well at RM 989.

If you decide to play WoW only, you can save the money and get i3 + GTX750Ti rig, can be done with 2k only.

SSD can be added by downgrading the GPU to RX470 (not so worth) or RX460 (worth but expect huge performance deficit).

Since no gaming, you might as well just drop the dedicated GPU and use the iGPU (HD 530) of your CPU, R7 250X is just 5 to 10% faster than HD 530 anyway, not worth spending RM 250+ for it.

Same goes to PSU, 600W is overkill, just get a 300 - 400W PSU
