for my case they dun even ask me for the invoice, probably because the invoice document is attached by amiami already...which is bad for us buyer

Well the theory is that everything is taxable. Just that below 500 it's not worth their time. Once it hits 500 then they tax you the full CIF value which kinda sucks as the shipping fee is considerable. |
