care@pos.com.my

by the way, it's not all parcels that pos malaysia assist with clearance. some items you would have to deal directly with customs. usually pos malaysia will give you a call and let you know the procedure (including what email to send your invoice to and addressed to who) but usually they will call you first. some items may be held by customs for reasons other than duty not paid (you know i know la...) so even pos malaysia can't help you clear  sweat.gif

Thanks for the info. I received a letter from POS Malaysia but couldn't find the email to address to. I was also told they can also be reached at cspmih@pos.com.my.
Mine would be a question of permit or taxation rather than u know I know hehe.

The email stated in my letter was pljb_customs@poslaju.com.my
I think it depends on the place where your parcel is being held, mine is in JB customs and that's their email.

That makes sense. Mine was in the form of a registered letter.
